When to rearrange pages
Rearrange PDF lets you change page order after scanning, fix reversed scanner pages, or reorder sections in a report.
Each page moves as a complete unit — all content, formatting, and links stay intact.
How to reorder
Upload your PDF and use the page list controls to move pages up or down. The new order is shown live before you process the file.
Review the sequence, then click Rearrange PDF to create the reordered document.
Tips
For complex reorganizations, combine Rearrange with Split and Merge to build exactly the document structure you need.
The original file is never modified, so you can always start over.
