Help us reproduce a problem

Include the tool page address, your browser and device, the steps you took, and what you expected compared with what happened. An approximate file size and page count can help. Do not include passwords or sensitive document contents.

You can try the downloadable synthetic examples on our OCR, Word conversion, merge, rotation, and compression pages to check whether the same issue occurs without sharing your own file.

Documents and email

The website processes documents in your browser. Sending an email is separate: the message and anything you attach will be shared with the mailbox and email providers. Please describe the issue without attaching confidential files. We cannot retrieve documents from your browser or recover lost files.

See our privacy policy for document processing, optional analytics, and advertising information.
