Check what remains before sharing
For a twelve-page scan with blank pages at positions 3 and 4, enter 3-4. The intended remaining sequence is 1,2,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12: ten pages, with the former page 5 now in file position 3. Printed labels on those pages are not renumbered.
Do not leave the selection blank: blank input means all pages, and removing every page is rejected. Deletion creates a new document and does not erase the source file. It also does not remove sensitive text from pages you retain; inspect the remaining content and metadata before sharing. A smaller page count does not guarantee a smaller file.

No. At least one page must remain. A blank Pages field means all pages and is rejected for deletion; enter an explicit list or range.
Not necessarily. The new file contains fewer pages, but shared resources and PDF rewriting affect its size. Compare the downloaded file with the original.
The original file stays untouched on your device. The deleted-page version is a new file, so you still have the original.
