The output captures a whole rendered page, including its text and graphics. It does not pull individual original photographs out of a PDF. A ten-page slide deck yields ten page images in a ZIP, even when you only need one slide; use Extract PDF Pages first to narrow the input.

At 2x, a page has twice the pixel width and height of a 1x rendering, requiring roughly four times as many pixels before encoding. Larger scale can help vector text but cannot restore detail missing from a low-resolution scan. Use JPG quality to adjust JPEG encoding; PNG ignores that quality setting. Check extracted images at their intended display size.

    Frequently asked questions

JPG is smaller and good for photos. PNG keeps sharp text and graphics and works well for slides and documents.

All page images are saved into one ZIP file for a single download.

Start with 1x for a small preview. Use 2x or 3x when you need more pixels, and inspect fine text at the intended display size. Higher scale uses more browser memory; it does not guarantee print quality.

Each complete page is rendered at the selected scale as JPG or PNG. A larger scale increases pixel dimensions, but cannot recover missing detail from a blurry source image. The quality slider affects JPG encoding, not PNG.

This tool exports every page. To convert only selected pages, first create a smaller PDF with Extract PDF Pages.
