Clean shared files
Clear the six listed information fields before sharing a copy. This is not complete anonymization: other metadata, comments, and visible identifiers may remain.
Update document properties without claiming anonymization
To correct a report title, fill Title and leave unrelated fields blank. Blank fields are skipped during normal editing; they do not erase existing values. Keywords are split at commas. The form does not show the current stored values, so inspect document properties in a PDF reader before and after the edit.
Clear six information fields takes precedence over entered values and clears title, author, subject, keywords, creator, and producer together. It does not inspect or remove every metadata location, dates, attachments, comments, or names printed on pages. Do not treat it as a full privacy scrub or a guarantee of search-engine ranking changes.

Check the result
Open the saved PDF in a reader with a document properties panel. Compare all six fields, including both keywords. The title should now read Changed.
