Label a diagram
Place a short label at the top of an architecture diagram PDF.
Add a short note without changing the source wording
Use a short label such as Reviewed on the chosen page. The text is centered horizontally at a top, center, or bottom preset. There is no click-to-position editor or automatic line wrapping; a long sentence or large font may cross the page edge. Inspect the saved page to check fit.
This tool draws new text over existing content. It does not replace a typo, edit a paragraph, remove text, or securely cover confidential information. The standard font does not support every character. If the required change is to underlying wording, update the original source document and export it again.
Add a review note to page 2

Check the result
Search the saved PDF for “Review marker”. It should appear on page 2 alongside “Synthetic page 2”. Pages 1 and 3 should still show only their original labels.
