Label a review copy
Add a repeated CONFIDENTIAL watermark to a PDF of product mockups.
Make a review label readable without obscuring content
For a proposal under review, try a short DRAFT label on the selected pages and inspect dense tables as well as blank areas. Repeat places the text in a three-by-three pattern; turning it off places a single mark near the center. Long text, large type, or rotation can extend beyond page edges.
Opacity changes how visible the overlay is, not access to the words underneath it. A watermark neither encrypts the document nor redacts sensitive text and is not tamper-proof. Use short text supported by the standard font, retain an unmarked source, and review pages with different sizes or saved rotations.
