How to Edit a PDF
Add text notes and annotations to any PDF page with color and position controls.
What you can edit
Edit PDF adds selectable text notes on top of existing PDF pages. Use it for approvals, labels, annotations, and quick markups.
The tool places new text at the top, center, or bottom of the page you choose, in black, red, blue, or green.
Editing steps
Upload your PDF, enter the text you want to add, and choose font size, color, and position.
Select the target page number, click Edit PDF, and download the annotated document.
What stays the same
Existing PDF content and layout are preserved. The tool adds new text on top without modifying the original text layer.
Added text is selectable and searchable in the output PDF.
