How to Sign a PDF
Add a drawn signature to any PDF page with position and size controls.

Adding your signature
Sign PDF lets you draw a signature on a canvas with your mouse, touch screen, or stylus. The signature is embedded directly into the PDF as an image.
Choose a page number, one of four corner positions, and signature width. Arbitrary positioning is not available, so review placement in the downloaded file.
Steps to sign
Draw your signature in the signature area, then upload the PDF. Select the page and position where the signature should appear.
Adjust the signature width if needed, click Sign PDF, and download the signed document.
About electronic signatures
This tool adds a visual signature image. It does not provide cryptographic digital signatures or legal e-signature compliance.
For a signing process with identity checks, an audit trail, or certificate validation, use a service that explicitly supports the recipient’s requirements.
Check that a corner signature fits the form
This tool suits a page with an empty corner for a visual signature. If the signature line is in the middle of a form or a workflow requires identity verification, a signing certificate, or an audit trail, use a workflow that supports those requirements.
For an illustrative three-page acknowledgment with open space at the lower right of the last page, choose page 3 and bottom-right, then adjust the width. The width is a percentage of the page width, not of the signature box; the drawing can cover nearby text if it is too large.
Check appearance and the recipient’s requirements
Open the downloaded PDF and inspect the intended page at normal reading size. Confirm the whole signature is visible, it does not overlap dates or instructions, and other pages are still present. Use a valid page number rather than relying on an out-of-range value being corrected.
The output is a visual signature image, not a cryptographic signature or evidence of identity, consent, or signing time. Ask the recipient what their process requires before using this result for an important agreement. Keep a copy of the unsigned document.
